DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery methods for the products sold by SC AGRO PATAKI SRL.

Orders with a value of 600 lei or greater than 600 lei will benefit from free shipping on the territory of Romania, except for the situations below.

Delivery by courier:

SC AGRO PATAKI SRL currently collaborates with two courier companies: GLS and Cargus.

The shipping cost consists of two parts:

1. Basic cost:

a. In the case of transport on Romanian territory:

i. Transport is free if the value of the order exceeds 600 RON (including VAT), with the exception of point 2).

ii. The shipping cost is 20 RON (including VAT) if the value of the order is less than 600 RON (including VAT), except point 2.

b. In the case of delivery on the territory of Hungary:

i. The transport is free if the value of your order exceeds 1000 RON (including VAT), with the exception of point 2).

ii. The shipping cost is 60 RON (including VAT) if the value of the order is less than 1000 RON (including VAT), with the exception of point 2.

c. If the delivery address is not in Ro or Hu, the transport cost will be calculated individually, and it will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

2. The cost of shipping heavy packages.

Each additional KG (over 1 KG) is calculated as a separate shipping cost. If this cost does not exceed 10% of the order value (including VAT), the delivery fee will be paid by AgroPataki. If these costs exceed 10% of the order value (including VAT), the additional costs will be borne by the customer.

3. In the case of packages with long lengths (over 2 m), the delivery cost is calculated individually in each case.

The average delivery time is 1 - 5 working days.

Agro Pataki SRL delivery:

The delivery of large-sized products will be possible through the machines of the company Agro Pataki SRL, on the territory of the country. These deliveries will be scheduled (1-2 times a week in a county), mutually agreed upon by the buyer and seller. The delivery fee will be applied according to the volume of the products, not taking into account the value of the order.

Delivery through external partners:

The delivery of large products will be possible through partners of Agro Pataki SRL, such as: courier companies, transport companies, palletized transport companies. The delivery fee will be applied according to the volume of the products, not taking into account the value of the order.

*In the case of delivery by Urgent-Cargus Courier, there is no possibility of post delivery. The customer will be contacted only once. If the package is not picked up, it can be picked up from the courier's office.
