Active substance: 500 g/l Metazachlor
Sultan 50 SC is a suspension concentrate herbicide for the preemergence control of annual grasses, certain broadleaf weeds and, under favourable conditions, yellow nutsedge in crops as indicated. Sultan 50 SC contains metazachlor, an active substance in the chloroacetanilide group. It is a systemic herbicide activated by rain or irrigation water, the active substance being easily absorbed and translocated by weeds through the roots. The remanence of the product is quite long, so that through its residual effect it protects the crops from new waves of weeding until the end of the rows. Sultan 50 SC fights very well most annual and perennial weed species, both dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous.
