Mode of action:
Mospilan combats armored, especially scales San Jose scale, with great effectiveness, both by immobilising them and by penetrating the protective shield. It also has an asphyxiating effect on mite, aphid and scale eggs. Mospilan 20 SG + Toil does not cause phytotoxicity to trees.
Toil is a special wetting agent designed to improve the action of the pesticides with which it is used in combination. Its long-lasting efficacy of more than 30 days helps to reduce treatments compared to conventional products. It is selective and does not affect beneficial fauna.
How to use:
Treatment with Mospilan 20 SG + Toil is applied from the end of dormancy until the beginning of bud break.
The air temperature should be above +4°C and the amount of solution used per hectare should be between 1,000-1,500 litres, depending on the size of the trees (the amount of TOIL differs according to the volume of water). The aim should be to achieve as even a coverage of the branches and stems as possible.
