Grain raticid Bros
Raticidal solution for the control of mice inside buildings and rats in and around buildings. It contains a bait that strongly attracts rodents and is effective from the first use. The product has a mummification effect and contains a substance that prevents accidental ingestion by people and pets. Instructions for use:
- Place only in bait boxes, secured against accidental opening, in places where rodents are seen: near burrows/holes, feeding and breeding areas and their routes.
- House Mouse: Use 60g per bait point every 5-10 m.
- Brown Rat: Use 100g per bait point every 5-10m.
- Monitor bait boxes and bait consumption, replenish boxes and remove dead rodents at least once every 2-3 days (for mice), once every 5-7 days (for rats), and thereafter at least once once a week.
- Collect and remove dead rodents at least each time bait boxes are checked; it is important to minimize the risk of secondary poisoning through their consumption by other species.
- Wear protective rubber gloves during handling.
- Non-chemical rodent control methods should be considered before using the product.
- Rodents are very distrustful and have a very well developed sense of smell. Therefore, the containers and gloves used to apply the product must be free of any odor.
- Any other food attractive to rodents should be removed from the vicinity of the bait boxes
- Do not clean the area where rodents are seen immediately before applying the product, as this may upset them and discourage them from consuming the bait.
- When using the product around buildings, position it in areas that are not likely to be flooded.
- Monitor bait boxes and replace contaminated and water damaged bait.
- Prevent entry into soil, surface water, sewage systems or groundwater.
- Do not remove the bait from the sachets.
- If multiple bait boxes are to be used, they should be placed at least 10m apart to combat light rodent infestation and at least 5m apart to combat heavy rodent infestation.
- If possible, bait boxes should be anchored to the ground or other surfaces/structures.
- After placing the bait, preventive measures should be taken to increase poison consumption and reduce the possibility of re-infestation (blocking openings (access holes), removing food and drink).
